Ms. Dean has over twenty-eight years experience in sales, sales management and executive search experience. Her Bachelor of Arts degree is in Psychology. Subsequent graduate credits are from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Credits in Telecommunications Policy were achieved from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. These years of experience have given her the impetus to understand people and become a recruitment evangelist.

Her business expertise has included Fortune 500 management as National Sales Director for the LAN Independent Business Unit for Motorola Codex where her sales team sold Ungermann-Bass Net One LAN products. Prior to this she was Commercial Sales Manager for Motorola Codex in the Mid-Atlantic region where she spent six successful years. She moved to Dean Executive Marketing, a national executive search and placement firm where she placed senior executives, built sales teams and information systems departments for her clients. Her consulting practice over the years has included contracts with technology companies such as:    

Secure Computing, CipherTrust, CSC, Newport Networks, Motorola, CACI, Sigma Systems, Ubiquity Software, BAE Systems, Alcatel, Network Equipment Technologies, Verizon/MCI/WorldCom, Ascend Communications, NewBridge Networks, Sybase, Premier Systems Integrators (Dimension Data), Xyvision, Xyplex, Wellfleet, Sycamore Networks, VTEL, and EMC.

Recent years, in addition to her business consulting expertise, she has diversified to consult in the successful launch and revenue-enhancement of environmental, organic health-related and energy-efficiency campaigns with companies such as:

Sequel Health, Rainbow Light, Can Do Kid, Nature's Way, Vibrant Health and Ultima Replenisher and YZ Enterprises.

She is a past member of NEHRA (New England Human Resource Association) and NEEBC (New England Employee Benefit Council) and participates in workshops, seminars and programs involving corporate benefits programs and human resource issues. She is past president of the National Business & Professional Women's League (Northern VA chapter). She has held several professional licenses and has enjoyed hobbies such as novel-writing, genealogy, sea-kayaking and cross-country-skiing. She lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
