The Initial Investigation

        We view the Search Process as a science. We begin by listening to you to gain an understanding of your company, it's objectives, culture and your role in meeting your company's objectives. We, then, go into action to put together a search strategy to achieve optimal results. We know that the hiring process is a subjective thing. Candidates, certainly, need to meet certain credentialing-criteria, but the matching of a client and candidate can be an esoteric event. People work for and with people. We are not robots, and in turn, those sensitivities and psychological triggers are factored into every search we conduct.

Sourcing and Targeting

Through our intensive discussions with our clients, we will draw up a comprehensive, qualified target list of potential candidates from our understanding of the strategic assignment.

The Interview Process

Each potential candidate is screened by phone for the appropriateness of credentials and personality fit for the search assignment. Candidates that pass our initial screening are interviewed by a designated individual in person. Those that are deemed appropriate are, then, presented to our clients. We arrange the personal interviews with our clients, unless a different arrangement is negotiated.

We, thoroughly, brief the selected candidates on the client appointment in order to maximize each individual's time.

Reference Checks

Reference checks are made and presented to our clients for review. The extent of those reference checks depends upon the contract negotiated between our company and our client companies.

Follow Up and Guarantee

Retainer searches are presented with a guarantee to our clients. Our retainer search terms are unique to the executive search industry, in our commitment to deliver uncompromising quality. We propose a budget cap on our professional services. If our candidates fail to meet our client's expectations within one year, we replace our placed candidate at no charge to the client. We anticipate and expect cooperation without peril from our clients in the process of this candidate replacement.

If we fail to meet that objective within four months of the candidate departure, we will return the initial retainer deposit to our clients.

Our contingency fee arrangement is negotiated within industry-acceptable market rates. Our invoices are due within thirty days of the candidate's start-date. If a candidate does not meet the client's expectations within a ninety-day period from this start date, we will endeavor to find a replacement at no charge to our clients.
